Annual General Meeting

Our Club operates as an Incorporated Association which, in Victoria, is regulated by Consumer affairs.  Our registration number is A0050494V (the official club name is ELTHAM TRI AND OPEN WATER CLUB INC.).  We operate under the standardised Model Rules with no modifications.  Check this website if you want more general information: https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/clubs-and-fundraising/incorporated-associations.

The AGM is a requirement for all incorporated associations and must consider the following:

• The club’s financial statements for the past year
• The election of new members to the club’s management committee
• The club’s plans for the upcoming year
