20min Social / 20min Moderate / 10min FAST / 10min CD

The Route (Head Torch recommended)
We will run North along Diamond creek trail towards Eltham Football Club and continue to a turnaround point at Diamond St, we then turn and head South back towards Eltham Leisure Centre continue past Eltham Leisure Centre and follow path all the way to the entrance to Eltham Lower Park where we will again turn and head back to Eltham Leisure Centre. We will then complete this loop again. For a total of around 12km

We will regroup at both turnarounds and each time we cross the pedestrian crossing at Brougham St. So 7 times within the run. At each turn the leading runners will turn and run back to the last runner and then turn again and run back to the regroup point before continuing on. This will allow runners of all abilities to be never to far from the rabbits out front (SAFETY) and keep that sense of a group session.

All local runners welcome… You do not need to be a Triathlete or even a competitive runner. This is a running group that values the company of others, who enjoy pushing themselves a little in a friendly environment without any cost attached. So bring your mates, tell your neighbour and let’s see if we can build upon the already awesome Tuesday morning group run.

When I work Night Shift I will appoint an ‘on-road captain’ to ensure regroups are smooth.

Beer and Pizza
On every last Thursday of the month we will adjourn to Prosciutto Brothers for Beer and Pizza post session.
